Festive Vibes Collection was the pack I ended up printing for our birthday party. I reprinted extras on cheap cardstock. Party Hat Templates still looked fine from three feet away. Setup stayed inside an hour. Would buy Festive Vibes Collection again.

Skip Festive Vibes Collection if you are hosting more than a handful of people. We had 35. I needed it for 35 people and the Welcome Sign design repeated too obviously around the room. Margins on Welcome Sign were tighter than the preview suggested. Had to reprint.
