While our standard policy is 30 days, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you have a valid reason for requesting a refund after 30 days, please contact us anyway. We review each case individually and may make exceptions for legitimate reasons.

For bundle packs containing multiple items, you can request a full refund for the entire bundle, or we may offer a partial refund if only some items don't meet your expectations. Contact us to discuss the best option for your situation.

Concierge services have a different refund policy due to the custom work involved. If you're not satisfied with the initial consultation, we offer a full refund. For ongoing services, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
